    We are a well-established executive search firm with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. One of our major clients in retail industry is urgently looking for high caliber candidate to take up the following position to be based in Shanghai



    Position: Director of Human Resources and Administration in Super Brand Mall

    Responsibilities:
    • Overall responsibility for Human Resources and Administration functions
    • Participate in real business partners as a cross team to strengthen the business.
    • Motivate people to put maximize effort at work
    • Retain the potential people stay long
    • As a Service provider with international service standard
    • Achieve all KPI that commit with the business.

    Requirement
    • MBA. in Human Resources Management or relevant field
    • Minimum 15 years experiences in Human Resources & Administration which minimum 5 years in Managerial level
    • A strong leader in communication skill, developing people, team building
    • Ability to solve people problems constructively.
    • Fluency in spoken English & Chinese
    • Heavy travel as needed around Mainland of China
